500+ fresh Heirloom Mustard seeds plus germination instructions. I have tested these seeds for germination with positive results.
Of course, the leaves of the mustard is edible and make delicious cooked greens or can be used raw in a salad - but did you know these make great LANDSCAPE plants as well?
I use these wonderful plants as flowering plants in my flower beds for winter color. In colder climates, they grow great in the fall and early spring; in warmer climates, these bloom all winter! They get 3-4 feet tall with many lovely yellow flower spikes on every plant! Will stand a frost (actually makes the greens sweeter!) and even a light freeze. Perfect in a southern garden to add interest to your winter garden (not to mention a traditional vegatable for your table) or in the north for the fall and spring!
I apologize for the low quality picture, it was taken last winter with an older camera and computer. The left is showing one plant with the many flower spikes - the right is a close up of one group of flowers.
