To see more photos of this plant, Click HereThis is the VERY RARE Ipomoea Ochracea from the Reunion Islands.  This Perennial (comes back every year) Morning glory blooms from late fall to spring (if not hit by a frost) with 3" - 4" stunningly bright yellow blooms that have burgandy throats. This is a tender tropical, hardy in zones 9 and warmer.  This plant can be grown and trellised as a container plant and brought into a greenhouse during the winter in colder climates.

If you're lucky enough to live in the south where you can plant these in the ground, these vines will grow VERY LONG and can easily cover a fence, trellis or any other structure you choose with vines that have heart shaped leaves that are the darkest green I think I've ever seen. Then, in the fall, winter and early spring you'll get the real show with the beautiful yellow blooms.  Again, these will bloom from fall to spring if not hit by a frost.  They prefer a sunny location, but can tolerate part shade or even bright shade in the deep south.

You are buying one well rooted plant/vine that is currently growing in a 16oz container. The vine itself is from 15" - 24" long.  I WILL SHIP THESE PLANTS WITH THE SOIL INTACT to place less stress on the plant during shipping and assure a fast start when it reaches it's new home. I will also remove MOST of the large leaves from the vine, again, to reduce stress on the plant during shipping.
