Hidden Ginger (Hidden LIly) Rhizome, (Curcuma petiolata)

* SHIPPING SUSPENDED FOR SUMMER *

I ship rhizomes in the winter and early spring while they are dormant; not during the growing season.  Please email me at :onalee@aol.com and I can let you know when these are shipping again.  Sorry for the inconvenience.    - Onalee

1 nice sized (approximately 2 -3 inches long) Rhizome of the Hidden Ginger plant, Curcuma Petiolata.

Lovely pink and yellow flowers emerge in late spring followed closely by large tropical green leaves to 3' high (sometimes mine get the leaves first, not sure why!). One of the easiest and most cold hardy gingers to grow, hardy to zone 7.

The flowers stay fairly low, but are lovely in the spring and early summer. Grow in a part shade or bright shade area; requires very little care, seemingly pest free.

One of my favorite gingers, both for the tropical foliage and the unusual flowers.
